My loyalty card just offers £5 off there next treatment. If you do nails for example and are charging £25 a set they are getting £12.50 of you. That's a lot to loose!

I'm thinking of reducing it to either 20 or 25% on their 7th treatment.

I shot myself in the foot as I was doing 50% off on what ever they had done. My mistake.

I'm going to honour everyone's up until they finish their cards once they get their 7th one half price. Then when I start a new card I'll tell him it's 20% off from now on.

Obviously clients are losing out so I'll have go style it and say cost of products have gone up so as I don't want to increase prices for the time being I have to reduce the loyalty scheme.

50% off is a massive discount, maybe reduce that to 20% off but only have it for a treatment of choice not multiple treatments, 50% off multiple treatments-taking into account time & products used, can't be making you any money!
