LPG face & body treatments

I have recently started at a new salon in the middle east and they are using a system called 'LPG Lipomassage' its a machine that breaks down stubborn fat and helps you to lose inches. You can also have firming, cellular regeneration, lymphactic etc. Now I have never come across this brand before but apparently they branched out in London. Has anybody ever heard of it? Do you think its effective? What do your clients think?
