LVL Lash Lift - client slept on lashes

Hi Geeks,

One of my clients has slept on her face and her lashes are all bent out of shape.
I told her to keep brushing upwards and hopefully they'll sort themselves out.
They haven't done so far... Any advice? X

Did she do this on the night of having it done?

Yes, within 12 hours of me doing them x

Well I'm not sure I can advise as that hasn't happened to me but I reckon we should give after-care saying do not sleep on them until you have washed your eyes after 24 hours!!!
I think if we're not wiping off the lotions then they might still perm for longer that's what somebody is told me and I guess I need to clean up better!!

Always tell clients not to touch or get their lashes wet within 24hours for best results as they are still setting x

Full aftercare advice is given and I repeat all the information before, during the treatment and after. Sometimes people move about. Anyway, the outcome is that the brushing did nothing but after 24 hours she washed her face etc and the lashes have gone back to the way they should be. She's going to really try to sleep on her back ;-)
