I know. My Dr wants t put me on 3 months of antibiotics. 3 months! That is going to kill ny insides and liver. My stupid skin has exploded and I really thought I had found the cause. Back to the drawing board :what:

My skin is horrendous ive been on tablets for months but the gel for my skin i was using once again made me ill so the doctor has referred me to dermatologist but now im thinking what will they give me! :Scared:xx
That's why im thinking naturopath, rather than all these drugs and gels they might be able to find and fix the cause. X

My son has m.e and has dne for fve years now, hes housebound and only leaves house twice a month of im lucky. He is 17 years old
We have just been referred to a chronic fatigue centre that has teams of specialists ( doctors, physio, clinical pschycologists etc) all in one place....i am hoping they can at least get us to a point where he can leave the house every week at some point!

It depends on the type of antibiotics and length of time using them. You could look into pro-biotics or liver support.

Yes the one I'm in I can tolerate but not working great so she put me on other ones which after three days I was in bed ill!
This will sound mad but I had cinniman on my porridge about a year ago and ended up in bed for three days!
I really have to be so careful!
I must sound like a fruit loop 😱😳xx

Not at all. Im the same with certain foods. They just wipe me out. Working out what foods to avoid is stressing me out right now

Hi ladies , I have not had any personal experience of any of your conditions . I read your thread with interest . After a few recent health problems I started doing some research into various conditions . I haved to be honest until very recently I have never heard of fibromyalgia . I think threads like this are really good to raise awareness and better understanding. For example a friend of mine was recently diagnosed with Crohn's and to be honest I was a little flippant about it I knew it effected the digestive system and causes stomach pain but it wasn't until I sat down with her and should told me what she was going through that I realise what an awful and potentially serious condition it can be. One thing over the years I have found out is that ME most of the time hits very active/athletic people.
I'm not sure if it's because we push ourselves but I do no it took years to try and get the pacing right as if I had energy I'd go for it!

I can't get out of bed. Today it's not the pain for a change it's the lack of motivation. I know once I'm up I have loads of housework to do and then I will hurt tomorrow. Plus I love by new room and I'm comfy

Just stay comfy hon. I have whole weeks like that sometimes but I think im entitled to them these days.
