Morning Guys!!

I have a client who is really resilient white hair on the top and round the face. I use7.0 and it seems to last 1wash and then looks transparent! Any tips for helping coverage I find sometimes if I pre colour it goes so dark!! Could I use 7.5% would that deposit enough ?

ps she hates warmth 😭

7.5% would cause lift. 6% is usually better for grey coverage.
After you've applied it leave it 10 mins, then go back through it and re apply. On resistant white hair, I find the hair starts to slip away from the scalp and this gives sheer coverage - which will fade very quickly.
If you reapply it'll make sure it covers well.

Exactly what Ron said there.
I hate when it start slipping away.
move started to move clients with the slipping issue to INOA Supreme if they have 80%+ of white hair.
INOA very rarely slips down the hair from the scalp so I feel I get better coverage.
