Hi there, I am fully trained and has a friend who loves the violet mix of majeril range who is wanting flashes of this colour throughout her hair. I was thinking lifting the hair with bleach and then putting the violet intensifier mix alone on so would be bright and exactly like that sample, I'm just wondering if anyone else has done this before and did it turn out?

You wont get as rich a result using these mixes as you would using a semi permanent purple, directions, crazy colour etc. You can mix up the exact shade that she wants this way and it will probably last longer by staining the cuticle as opposed to using the mix tint with oxidiser, which opens the cuticle more (and over bleach thats going to make it fade).

Hi Laurennn,
Here is the mix tone applied to almost-white swatches. You will need to pre-lighten to a very pale yellow undertone first.
Also try this mixture: Dialight 1/2 10.12 + 1/2 4.20

Majicontrast give a nice bright result, but do a test.

Or add 9.21 to violet to make it a bit paler. Can be a little lavender for me
