Hi all

I am in a dilemia I have just qualified as nail tech and spray tanner and in the process of setting up my mobile business. Now in my head I wanted to do makeup as well to get into the wedding field.. The courses are quite expensive and not sure what the set up costs of makeup would be.

Anyway my question to you is do you feel the makeup side of your business has been worth it have you had enough income and was the set up quite expensive.

I have recently spent quite alot of money with Nail tech and spray tanning , my hubby feels that if I take on the makeup to I am running before I can walk. Should I wait till I have success in these field 1st before entering into the wedding market...

Just looking for some advice

Many thanks
Denise

I don't think make up will make you any money.

Different if you were a full time make up artist as you'd make your money from that and possible retail (although the two don't usually go hand in hand).

It's so tempting when you start out to want to do everything (we all did it). Why not become brilliant at what you do now and leave it a little while before you thinkabout taking on other stuff. xxx
