Make up pro discount?

I have done two make up courses, one in airbrush and do weddings.
I have tried to apply for pro discount with illamasqua and they said I can't get it. Any ideas why when I am working doing make up and am qualified? X

Are the courses recognised? I would email or phone them direct to find out why there is an issue.

Did they say why?

It's not normally about a qualification it's about proving you're a working makeup artist by giving them a link to a website with a portfolio of pics or sonething like that.
