I use pink mask but really don't like it, a bit plastic looking. I have started to use it with a little clear to give it a transluscent look and I find it's much better. I tested it on a clear tip first :)

thanks for the help ladies....quite nervous about it incase i make a mess of them but i need to practice on someone!!!

if you mix it with a bit of pink it would be just great)))) tried and tested
i prefer EZFlow cover pink - it suits everyone))) :)

Creative have 3 opaque pinks, cool, neutral and warm, you can also custom blend them if desired/needed to make a prefect match to the skin tones of your clients really easily.

Nataliya, I don't see how just having one colour can suit everyone when clients have different skintones!

Would love to give the creative opaque's a try as I have heard so many good things about them.. the only problem is I would have to go on a conversion first before I can buy them and so far i am happy with nsi other than the pink masque.

Dont forget to take a before and after photo hun and post it for us to see.:)

Me again!!! I am beginning to become so addicted to this site. My sister has bitten nails, not bad tho and she said i could practice making a free edge on her i only got one nail done and she told me to stop she didnt like it she wanted them longer. If that was a customer what would you have done would you have given her what she wants even tho you had advised otherwise and even tho they might not look right? Xx

I have had a nail bitter who wants to go from 5mm to 5cm..... stupid... but they are a paying client... I read them their rights and tell them it is against what i would reccomend and then get them to sign their client card that this was explained to them...
In the end some clients just dont believe you when you tell them the "balance" rules/...
most of them come back and get their rebalances and repairs ( as they are to long) and listen the 2nd time around... tell your sister to have them shorter to start with and then when her nail beds recover a little let them grow..
hope that helps... prob not... just a ramble sorry

Thanks, I use all Creative gels and I do choose according to skintone.
I work with gel more often.
EzFlow cover pink is very subtle camouflage, and I never had a problem with the colour.

The comparison was to NSI pink masque which is quite plastic looking as opposed to EZFlow Cover pink.

I guess i should have put suits all my clients - i do apologise):)

for NSI users, try mixing pink masque with radiant pink. Its always good to have a little play with the various pink powders in the NSI range.

Nsi have just brought out new colours Warm opaque pink for hiding imperfections and creating the illusion of longer nail beds and Purely Pink: Semi-translucent warm pink

Just as i thought NSI ireland are useless at informing their users of new NSI products in stock...
