male client the works!!

Hi guys,
Just thought I would post about a new client of mine.
I got a call yesterday afternoon asking if I had any free appointments which I did.
The client arrived on time all excited about having His nails done.
This is my first male client who has wanted the works and not just a Manecure.
He had just been laid off from his job and wanted to chear himself up. And boy did he do it in a big way, he had L & P over tips ( as a nail biter) left quite long, white tips then free hand flicks and diamontes on each nail they looked fabulous and to say he walked out of here acheiving want he wanted was an understatement. He has been to a nail bar in town but I think he felt a bit uncomfortable as he was the only male among women clients having enhancements so he wanted to try me, I hope that I made his service an enjoyable and comfortable one.
Sadly I didnt take any piccies which I thought about as he drove up the street. next time I will defo have to take some to post.
Do any others male clients ever have the full works???.

Yes! A guy who was on my makeup course has his nails done by me. actually, im doing them on mon, just a silk nno because his nails are long anyway, but he's said he'd like some 3d flowers this time too.

Done a few manis and pedis,amongst other treatments on men but never enhancements..

I read that Paul Mcartney had enhancements to strum away at his guitar(a couple of yrs ago,not sure if he still does)...as for "the works",mmmmm each to their own I guess:green:

Gotta say that most of the blokes I know go to the pub and get rat ar*sed if they get laid off work...............they DON'T have overlays with diamonds :lol:

I have a client who is a nail biter and he loved his enhancements done with forms ,
but then he noticed some of the ladies having the stick on tips and he really wanted the natural tips on his nails when they grew out enough.

I think he just fancied the idea of having them put on .
(you know all long and scratchy before you cut them)

Anyway as his nails were so flat I never had any tips that would go that flat against his nails , (bit like flat toe nails)

I'm sure he was really disappointed as he had waited so patiently for them to grow enough with his sculpted ones on first ,

I'm wondering what he'll ask for next ,
I hope its diamontes :green: I quite like the idea of that too lol x

i've not had a man in for enhancements yet, would love to though, have men in regularly for manis and pedis and the odd back treatment, as well as full body waxing! tiring but fun x

Just read this post, when i first worked in a spa, alot of men came for manicures, but not enhancements.

Yes my male client does this.
He had all the glitters going, he is great fun to do.
