It was only a matter of time before this became news. In the 70s it was Ozzy Osbourne and the delectable David Bowie and now it's Russell Brand and Johnny Depp so it's no surprise that boys into their beauty are starting to commit to their guy liner in a way that goes beyond playing around with a kohl pencil.
At Belinda Hayle Aesthetics Clinic the number of men have permanent make-up treatments is on the up and top of the list? Guy liner. Belinda has been offering the treatment for two years now and while there's no doubt it's becoming more and more popular, it's definitely not for everyone.
Permanent make up on eyes can often help revitalise tired looking eyes and bring back sparkle. It's great for adding contour and definition and can make faces appear warmer and friendlier. As far as Belinda is concerned, the emphasis is on the subtle treatment when it comes to male clients but I have to ask, if your other half came home with permanent guy liner what would you think?
Treatments take 30 minutes, cost £400 and last eighteen months. Something to think about if you're struggling to think of an anniversary present for your partner!? Or maybe not.
Until then...geek on!
