Manicure and Pedicure - CND

Hi Everyone,

I have decided to do the Gel and Acrylic courses with creative nails....which I am very excited about!!! :green:
I am a complete beginner and am concerned that I may need to do a manicure course first? I am also keen to do a pedicure course, but cant see that CND actually do this. Do I need to go elsewhere first, and then come back to CND?

Hi, I recently did the CND Spa Manicure and Pedicure Course which was one day and covered mani and pedi.
As far as I am aware you do not need to have a manicure qualification before you go on the Foundation course.

I will definately call for the info on mani and pedi as think it is good to know about the natural nail before you start adding Gel and Acrylic!!!

The best thing to do is contact sweet squared.

From what i can gather natural nail care is not a pre requisite,but it can only enhance your skills....and you may just well love it,and the rewards it gives back.natural nail care is an under rated treatment,and IMO it should not be.....some nail techs love it,some do not.

Should you decide to embark on it,you will not be disapointed,it is fantastic.

Hi they told me that I didn't need to do it first (currently just have day 5 of foundation l+p to go) in fact they recommended i did the foundation first as you get the tools you would need for the mani course with the foundation kit so didn't have to spend as much lol,I am going to do the mani and pedi courses aswell at some point over the next 12 months but have my gel conversion to do first (which is a bit cheaper if booked at the same time as the l+p course:wink2. But as everyone has said best to give them a ring they are brill and will answer questions you have. Hth's :hug:

I've just signed up for the IBD course 30th November and i cant wait, i to would like to do a mani pedicure course to and need to find one, i'm in the North west so any pointers in the right direction would be great
