Hi:
I have been a stylist for a very long time. I still always try to add new faces to my current clientele. If I advertise a special or something in the local city paper or on the city's website paper and if I am not at the salon when the potential client wonders in, another stylist takes the client. Even if I write that the offer is only good with one particular stylist or must call the number provided. The potential client wanders into the salon and someone takes them. If I question the stylists they just say that the new client did not ask for anyone particular. This has happened to me at most of the salons I've worked at. How can I get around it?
