Could anyone recommend anything to make pregnancy massage a little more comfortable?
I have looked into bolsters can anyone recommend anything that allows the client to lie flat face down?

If the client is past 12 weeks, I would not lay them on front or on their back. I would lay them on their side to perform the massage, use a pregnancy cushion to help support them from rolling.

Definitely not on the back or the stomach.
just the side with full support from lots of pillows.

Hi Cat-lady, was this not discussed when you did your pregnancy massage training?

How to support your client comfortably is very important. There are loads of cushions, bolsters etc you can try. All training will give you some principles to guide you as well as opportunities to practise.

What feedback did you get from your case studies?

Remember also to check what oils you are using in pregnancy.

I don’t use any essential oils only a carrier
