Matrix colour help

My customer last night asked for tje colour in the photo which we achieved

So today shes decided she hates it.
What would anyone suggest to get it to a more natural blonde colour please and not quite as light?
Ideally an all over colour and im gonna break it up with some lowlights but dont know what to use all over to tone it down xx

What's the condition like?
I wouldn't be keen on re-colouring her hair so soon after scalp bleaching and probably suggest either she leaves it a few days or you just apply a weak toner solution on it to add some depth.

Hi I don't use matrix though I have worked with it briefly , if you are toning with color sync I would suggest a base 9 with a golden tone ,or a 10 if you are doing lowlight s use color sync too
However remember they will develop to a darker shade after 20 mins
