When you tone hair using matrix do you just use a Demi w/ 9 vol? Or do they have actual toners??

Depends what look you want, you can use sync which is tone one tone, sync Also has specific toners, or you can use SocolorBeauty and their 11 range or anything else with 10vol.

The sync developer is 2.7% and all their colours contain cera oil complex which help keep the condition of the hair but if you use cheap peroxide it will destroy the cera oil complex
