I will be fitting out the room myself, all my own furniture and products. Surely 50% is not an option for me? I'm worried now :irked:

yep, mine was all my own furniture and products too!!

depends on factos such as what area your in and how busy the salon is, what your potential earnings could be etc.

50% is quite a lot, ive just agreed on taking on a room at 80% to me 20% to them, and i provide all my own products etc but they will do my advertising
