ive read its be stored inn the fridge once mixed and then read someware else to mix and load up and then keep in the freezer? which of these are right?

i took my first dose last night and had sickly feeling and the flushing,felt fine a bit after

any tips?

I think if i remember correctly the instructions suggest keeping the product safe in a fridge.
