Can you recommend a professional diamond microdermabrasion machine I've done a course but I am really confused as to what one to buy as the price range really varies I don't mind spending up to £800

Hi Jo I think to get a good reliable Diamond you may have to pay a little more than that. We very often have our own Silhouette Diamond machines available as ex demo or as trade ins and these would come serviced and with a warranty. Might be worth checking in with us from time to time to see what we have coming in.
