Microdermabrasion & Milia

Can anyone tell me if you can use Microdermabrasion on Milia? and if so is it effective?

ay up chick yes you can treat them however it wont remove the milia the only way that it can be done is by using a sterile needle `at least that is the only way i know`. Have you not received the book yet? x
