Minx Lamps ??

Good Afternoon

Just a quick question regarding lamps, I know previously a few people were looking at different options for the lamps to use whilst minxing. . .has anyone found a suitable lamp as tried with a hairdryer and the finish was not that great. . . . any suggestions welcomed. . .

I wasn't sure if people had managed to find an alternative while they have been waiting as I know some of you clever peeps had scoured the net searching for lamps ! !

Will just have to be patient I guess (find that hard to do !!!!) and wait for Sweet squared to get them.

You don't have to wait if you want to play!! :green: Minx need to be warm and the infrared lamp works best and looks the most professional in the salon or place of work BUT ...

I didn't have a lamp when I did the toenails for the photo you've all seen of Mrs Geeks feet. We have an AGA cooker so I just set them on the top of that to warm up and that is what we used. Did a great job!!

I didn't have an infra red lamp in Spain when I did Samantha's and Sandi's feet 6 weeks ago. First we let the sun warm them up but found that the hair drier worked fine although it was much more time consuming as you have to do it individually for each Minx strip.

As long as the Minx strips are warm and the hands and feet are warm Minx are easy to apply and last for weeks and weeks.
