Minx LAYERING

Doesnt this sound exciting!... Umm ..What is it?

I have seen the Minxlusion BASE COAT

Heres what it says..
"has been created for Minx LAYERING purposes. Not to be used by itself but to be used under sheer Minx options to give amazing metallic depth."

So are the layering minx's available yet?
Does anyone know anymore on this?

You can already buy some sheer Minx that would be layered over it. x

If you ring either S2 or Ellisons they will tell you which Minx are transparent and will need a base coat.

I know these 2 transparent:

£50 note Minx
Tulips light pink

I think these 2 are transparent too but not 100% sure:
Oil slick
Tie dyed
