Well im on here for a rant lol.
I have done the minx training in plymouth and have since done 10 sets ish, did a lady today a fussy mother of a friend. It was red with gold fishnet. It looked fab and she was over the moon. She rang me 2-3 hours later and her big toes and 2 others had wrinkled up/rubbing off. I went over re applied heat and managed to stretch it a little to make it look better. I couldn't replace it as she used the biggest size on her big toes. Offered a refund but she said no, i was dissapointed as it had'nt happened before and she just said it must be because its hot today!! Any ideas people???
I have also booked myself onto the shellac course tommorow and cnd have been out of stock of the lamp and salon rack for 6-8 weeks, when i booked course they said they would have stock mid-June. Rang them today they dont back order and they dont know when stock is coming in. I said the the lady on the phone "whats the point of me paying for training if i cant offer it as a service?" she just said nothing i can do!!!
