I've only recently started applying Minx. Yesterday I removed a client's Minx from her toes (using heat), and her nails underneath looked ghostly white - she asked me what had happened, but I said I hadn't seen it before. She's only had them on for a week and a half and wanted a change of design. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
This has happened to MY nails every time I have removed my Minx, but within an hour at most they have returned to normal, so I'm just guessing but it could be due to the adhesive/no air getting to the nail...am sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.:)

Hi,
It can be a small amount of adhesive still left behind on the nail.
It is easily buffed off and the nail will be back to normal.

The nail will be dehydrated, which will look quite chalky-If she leaves them without re-applying MInx they will go back to normal-nothing to worry about! If she has had a new set immediately they will prob look the same once thats removed but will go back to normal within afew hours! Just gently buff and apply some cuticle oil! x
