Hi everyone, just hoping for some advice. One of my clients recently lost one of her big toe nails due to stubbing it months ago. She is going on holiday at the weekend and so has just requested a clear shellac on her toes as she thinks it'll look silly with colour on all toes except her big one.

Would you just use a shellac top coat? If so would you still do the scrub fresh etc?

Thanks in advance. X

I would use shellac base coat, clearly pink, and topcoat

Top coat will peel off the next day- I know, I tried it!
Personally I would just put on one coat of an ordinary clear polish.
If she insists on Shellac then do clearly pink, beau, negligee or nude knickers. It will cost her more though I'm guessing?!

Do you do liquid and powder nails atall? If so you could make her a toenail !
This is what I would do

Would a base cost then top coat work? No colour coats x

Hi, I'd do the same as lotus and sculpt one for her. I've had to do this for a couple of my clients before .
