Hi everyone,

I am trying to start up a mobile business.

I dont know if I am super paranoid - but I am really worried about people going to someone house and it not being who they say they are - not really after a treatment at all! How would you know??

It is a worrying thought and I was wondering if there are any safety measures people use?

(Dont want to scare anyone)! x

Hi Hayley
Any mobile therapist needs to take their safety seriously, I do.

I always write my appointments in 2 diaries.
I always get directions to where I am going and sometimes if I happen to be driving in the area where I know I have an appointment coming up, I will do a wrecky and if I dont like it I wil cancel the appointment.
I always make sure I have a landline telephone number where at all possible and if I have any gut instinct I dont like I will do a phone check.
I will always tell someone where I am going and what time they can excpect me back.
Park your car in a well lit area and keep valuables out of sight
When unpacking/packing I try to do so in the area of their front door.

Hope these things help you
