Mobile hairdresser for disabled

Hi I'm currently a level 2 student at college for hairdressing and currently decoded that I want to be a mobile hairdresser that has a clientele of elderly and disabled clients,.. I worked in the car Industry for 6 years and there was a lack of hairdressers that dealt with these kinds of clients, I feel there are enough hairdressers and barbers out the for the modern a hairstyles and colour and we lack the old school traditional hair cuts for these types of clients.... To go mobile what is it I would need.. I'm aware there are different types of aids for washing hair.... I feel I'm missing loads and I can seem to think of anything I would need... So need info or advice frm insurance to tools... Thanks in advance for your help x
