Hello there. I am setting up as a mobile manicure/pedicurist and am wondering what chairs to use with a mobile nail table?
Many thanks, Chazcassie:)

I think most people use a chair that is in the client's home like a diningroom or kitchen chair. I certainly wouldn't want to lug a chair around with me as well as everything else.

I take a hydrolic stool with me :), hopefully in the near future I will be getting a saddle stool to support my back more.

I wouldnt rely on clients chairs, some could be really uncomfortable and some might not even have a dining room table and chair, what would you do then .

I think I'd ask any new client before I went if they had a suitable chair?

Well yes , obviously anybody with a bit of sense would, thats why I said I wouldnt rely on clients chairs, and I feel your own stool is alot better option.:)

Thanks everyone so much for your advice. I will check with clients what facitilies they have in advance, and prepare to take a stool/chair if necessary. That is a great help.:)

When i was mobile i never encountered a problem with clients providing suitable chairs but i did have my own portable manicure table..xx

I have a portable nail station, although it is a bit heavy....but i've never actually had to use it before! I'm just glad i bought it 2nd hand and cheap!

I do have a fold-up stool that i bought from Ellisons that i take when performing other treatments but again never used it when doing nails. :)

Thank you, that's very helpful advice. xx
