Mobile therapist - travelling distance

Hi

Im moving to a new area and doing mobile. Its mainly rural, with large towns on the outskirts. What kind of distance do you limit yourself for travelling to clients?

If i advertise in the large towns, i might get more customers, but equally it could be 30mins across town in rush hour etc...

I dont mind travelling to some extent whilst im setting up, but if i get busy thats a lot of time travelling that could be filled with appointments. As it is semi rural I know travel is unavoidable, but just wondered what other people did? Im thinking from the time rather than petrol money aspect.

I'm in a similar position. I'm finding its beneficial to travel especially if you are prepared to go to farms etc as you have a captive market.
