Hi can anyone tell me how to set up. Once I register how should i keep notes of my earnings what is the best and easy way for this . Should it be done with PayPal and have another account just not sure thanks

Personally I have a spreadsheet that I put each transaction on and purchases on a different sheet, that's the basics of what you'll need to complete your tax return. As for money, my accountant told me you don't need a seperate bank account but you do need to be able to show HMRC you can show what money came from what source.

Paypal have various reporting tools so that should be enough.

Starling Bank offer free business bank accounts if you have a current accout with them#

Hi thx how do u ask ur client for a deposit in the nicest way possible. Are they mostly done by transfer online . Wud I have to produce a receipt thx

I use sum up, you can send a link to pay via text. You can send out receipts. There’s a fee per transaction but it’s small
