Well mine is abit further down the line. I got with the 'friend' and I didnt bother or even thinking about speaking to my ex first as we wasn't on speaking grounds but now my Ex wants me back and now I dont know which one!!!

If things are COMPLETELY over between you and your ex then think of yourself and if he makes you happy and gives you 'butterflies' in your belly then im sure he will make you very happy :wink2:

We where together for 3 years, he's 32 and I'm 20! Split up and reason .... ummm we just let things get on top of us and drifted apart. Now he says he has seen what he has lost and really wants things to work out etc

at first i didnt like my ex's gf very much for obvious reasons lol but after a few weeks we became really good friends lol.

we couldnt have done that though if i still had feelings for my ex.

Very tricky one....

Been here myself. Went out with a bloke, Andy, for a year, dumped him and then started seeing his best mate, about 2 years after. We kept it a secret for a year, told him and he was fine, then we got engaged and lived together, then broke up after 3 years. They were never the same after that, they spoke but never really bothered with one another. I felt guilty.
THEN, how bad am I ! I started to see my ex fiances cousin! You can very well imagine how muddy my name was. It all kicked off. My ex tried to have a fight with his cousin, it was terrible cause they were like brothers. They have only just made friends and this was a good 2 years ago.. I eventually split up with him too, we still talk, infact I talk to all of them. I just cringe when I imagine them comparing notes if you know what I mean!
Im not saying dont go for it but have a good think about it first. Will it ruin their friendship?
It would be very exciting if you kept it a secret but then again.....
I really dont know what to say chick.

I personally wouldn't go out of my way to inform the ex, but I def wouldn't keep it a secret, why should you.
