Apologies if it's already been said, I didn't read all 5 pages...

"Love Shack" by B52's...

Reminds me so much of my teens, ooh, I wish I could do it all again (but really not)

I did the quiz just then!! My score was 100 !!! It said I did scarily well and that 80's are my life. I knew that already but Im a bit embarrased and I couldnt believe that I didnt get a Duran Duran line right! So fun.

A couple of great dance songs when drinking are:

Pump Up The Jam
Gold - Spandau Ballet
My Own Way - Duran Duran
Call Me Al - Paul Simon ??
Fire Starter - Prodigy
Walking on Sunshine - Katrina & The Waves
Turn Me Loose - Loverboy.......I could go on, and on...:D

I love to love - tina charles
feels like Im in love - kelly marie
Knock on wood - ????
1999 - prince
its like that - Run DMC
Freedom - QFX (from my teen days lol glow sticks at the ready!)
And the oddest one of all to all you guys will probably be Teenage Dirtbag by Wheatus - it was our first dance song at our wedding (yes wierdos arent we?) cos it was always on the radio when we were first together and reminds me of so many happy times it seemed appropriate to have another happy memory associated with it, and it immediatly makes me think of mark and go all gooey when I hear it lol.

I love it when old threads like this come up - and this is a FAB one!

My must dance to tunes are lots of what has already been mentioned but here goes with some more:

Here I go again on my own - Whitesnake
Jump around - House of Pain
Jump Jump - Kris Kross
Comfortably Numb - Scissor Sisters
Lolas Theme - Shapshifters
Hey Jude - Beatles (when played in Mojo bar in Leeds)
Superstition - Stevie Wonder
All Night Long - Lionel Richie
Dancing on the Ceiling - Lionel Richie
You got the love - Candi Staton and the Source
Controversy - Prince
Better Days - Jimmi Polo
Saturday - De La Soul

Could go on and on .......

All right, you asked for it ;)

Yin and Yang and the Flower Pot Man - Love and Rockets
Blister in the sun - Violent Femmes (damn near anything from that album)
One Headlight - Wallflowers
I am the resurrection - Stone Roses
Birdhouse in your soul - They Might Be Giants
Mountain Song - Janes Addiction

Sorry they are so quirky, those are the ones that came to me as I was typing... Can you tell I just subscribed to the new www.napster.com? ;)

Ooh OoH!
i LOVE Birdhouse in Your Soul - it's fantastic!
Also really like Groove Is In The Heart and Violent Femmes!
