Muscle diagrams

Hi guys (I know this is not technically nail related - big apologies)

Please say you can help me.

I have an assignment on the Muscular system and I have to label the muscles of a frontal and rear view of the human body.

I cannot find a decent diagram to label anywhere. Our handouts are rubbish and I can't find a good enough one on net. My text book has it all in sections of the body so no good.

If anyone has a good website they know of or any good pictures, please post them
