My 2nd Attempt at Acrylics (please compare to my first set of acrylics)

That is one Nan with pretty nails. I bet she loves them!!!! which brand did you use? I can't really comment on the shape etc because I am newly qualified myself.

hi hun i would agree with lelli the placement of the white is to far down giving an unbalenced look ad also the sides need to be tapered in a bit more great 2nd attempt hun keep um coming xx

she has short nails and short nail beds. i only put my tips on 1/4 of the way down. i asked my tutor about this and showed her and she said they looked great? apart from a little acrylic on the cuticle lol.

i trained with LCN, but didnt use their acrylic as i hate it lol. i had a pot of the salon selectives acrylic from sallys. until i get my certificate, i have to pay full whack lol.

i agree i also feel that the white is abit too far down/long for the nails meaning the nails look slightly unbalanced and top heavy.this can be corrected sometimes by taking the length of the white down.
i also feel that the white smile lines are abit straight which i personally think looks unflattering but this is my personal opinion and some of the nails look like they have slight ridges where the tips start at the side,however i dont think you have done a bad job as it is quite easy to apply to much product making the nails far to thick which you have not done and they all look fairly consistant in shape,etc...

i think that your acrylic nails are extramly good for the second set you have done.
i have done about 6 or 7 sets and still cant get it right.
overall i think that they are verry good
well done
