I did a set off gels the other week, a week after the client booked in for 1 repair. But when she turned up 3 nails more had come off. She said she hadn't done anything at all to cause them to come off and they had fallen off on there own in the night. I charge £4 for a repair and she said she wasn't paying full price. I ended up mending the broken nails and charging her less but she went away happy and hopefully she will return. But i obviously don't want it to happen again, has anyone else had this sort of problem before? I use NSI balance gels...

Thanks in advance

I had this issue. Looking at my prep and building a proper apex were the biggest solutions. Can you think of anything you might have done that would have led to service breakdown? Perhaps she is fibbing??

I think she maybe is fibbing a little...i think clients sometimes can't help picking at nails.
But i am going to be extra careful on my prep and do them a little thinker on apex, maybe i'm doing them to thin.

I was having a problem with that too with one client in particular, she had very thin nails, building a thicker apex seems to have sorted out the problem, and as her natural nails grow it wont look so odd as well, hope you get it sorted x
