I passed my L+P Foundation in October but have not had very much practice since then, im only lately pulling my finger out and trying to get some practice and work on it again so here goes...
I apologise as this has been painted with an effect so may effect how you are able to critique it, but its the first recent set of nails i've done. There are more photos in my album too so you can see the whole set (though a rubbish pic) and a side view of a nail.
Thanks for taking a look, i look forward to hopefully receiving some pointers in the right direction :)

Well looking at this photo only .. I'd say just get that file into the sides and slim down the tip area at the side walls a bit and you have what looks like a good salon nail.

Ditto on Gigi's comments, how long did the set take you to do?

Thankyou!
They took 2 hours and 20 minutes to do, which i was very pleased with. She is coming round for a rebalance tonight though and i imagine it will take me longer as i will work on the areas Gigi has pointed out in this picture and the ones in my album (thanks).
I also think i'll need to be a little more thorough with my prep too as she says she has some lifting too (after about 9-10 days), having said that, im not sure as i havent seen them yet, but perhaps because as Gigi pointed out they were too thick around the zone 3- this can be a cause for lifting cant it?

Indeed it can be. You will like the result of the rebalance even better than the full set as it is easy to see the flaws and what needs correcting. this is how you learn.
