Blimey, obviously worse than I thought as no comments whatsover yet 48 views...

Ah well!!

Just wanted to add, I've just come out of college and I'm not yet employed or trading, just want to get lots of practical sessions as I don't feel confident enough to go into industry just yet. If I have to do a trade test, I want to go in and blow their socks off, rather than they say, "ahh, she's fresh out of college so..." So when I say first "paying" client, I meant my first non-freebie.

If you want precise info on where to improve I'm sure someone will follow through, but its a bit early in the morning for me. I will say I would be proud of those, well done x

They are good enough...i would pay for them and you should 100% be charging for them. I have seen far worse coming from nail techs that have been doing nails far longer than you.

For critique i would say that your side walls could do with some extra attention....keep them well away from the skin and use slightly less product...some of the nails look a little lumpy along the sides.

Hope this helps and thanks for sharing...well done x

OMG, I can't believe how much you've lifted my spirits!

Seriously, I suffer from quite low confidence and it's something I need to work on. I think during College I was a bit of a late bloomer and my nails where simply shocking, it became a bit of a classroom joke with me trying to use humour to my tutor on how crap I was. :( Fast forward 2 years on and I still suffer with it - ARGHHHH! I guess I'm a complete perfectionist and I my nails to look exactly like my ex tutor's which is daft as she's had 12 years experience. Think I need to chill out a little! ;)

Once again thank you for your comments, I appreciate any feedback good and even the bad!

:D

Hi Angie, yeah you're right about the side walls, I only noticed that on the photo - I will definitely look out for that next time and thank you for your input. x

That's the beauty of photography. I've seen things on nails I've done that I wouldn't have noticed had I not taken a pic.

I think you did a nice job with the nails.
