Hi all

I am no hair geek but its advice iam looking for so here goes:

i had some hair extensions put in about 7 weeks ago (racoon ones) and iam using there shampoo and conditoner but my hair seems really dry and tangeled.

iam sick of it!!! i had the better of the two types of hair that they offer i made sure they were a recognised salon and iam hatin it!!! in the morning is tangeled and matted and i wouldnt mind but you would think its really long woundt you but no its only just past my jaw

the girl that put it in is away for 2 weeks so any hints and tips for a fellow skin geek greatly recived

many thanks for your response i have read the links i may wait and see me hairdresser when she gets back as as far as it goes iam doing all the correct aftercare and still they are very tangeled and dry

Hi, if you have followed the after care and the advice which I am sure you have,
then it shouldn't really matt and tangle,

I honestly think that if the hair is good hair it should not matt and tangle
it should really behave just like your own hair,

if you paid good money for good hair extensions I can fully understand your dissapointment ,
anyway see what your hairdresser has to say
and what she / he has to offer
