hi,
I recently took on a new space for rent comprising of 3 rooms which i am transforming into my new salon!! I am really excited, but really scared as its come too soon, id have ideally done this in 6-12 mths time but the premises came up and was too good to not go for, so i did! its hard though as i have a 13 yr old and a 7mth old!
So far, iv just decorated it all through out and started buying things like furniture but no products yet, as i still cannot decide which brands to go with, its soooo hard!!!!
Iv got my electrician in tmrw to change all the light fittings
iv got new carpet being laid on tuesday, i cant wait for that as it will complete the decor!
iv got about 20 flat packs to build!!!!!
iv got a health and safety officer visiting at my request to make sure its all in order...better to be safe than sorry.
licence is in proccess....i hope!
iv got meetings with various product reps coming up, hopefully that will help me decide!
still to sort is my price list, printing and advertising.
and my open day...... is TUESDAY 2ND FEB!!!!!! something tells me i may not make it:irked: and i already have bookings in place!!!!
BUT.....i will try my hardest to meet this date and get this venture off to a fab start!!!!!
i will up date as i go along for anyone who would like to know how its going....
