Hi everyone, i've got a problem with my scrubfresh. well it's my fault i've only just bought a new bottle and left it out on my nail desk (stupid me!) and the sun must have been shining onto it, went into my beauty room this morning and it's gone clear!?
Do you think it will still work or should i just bin it and buy a new bottle?

I've never heard that before!!!

If it was me I'd bin that and open a new one. Its a vital part of your prep and might affect your service, which just isnt worth it for the sake of a few quid for a new bottle.

years ago in the first salon i worked in we used to retail pink nvr and it used to go clear if left in the window too ,long... it worked fine to remove polish but just didnt look as cute as when it was pink...llol

I've had this happen, it should be fine, I leave mine out on my desk. I'd still use it.

This can also happen with Solar Oil, in that the sun can take away the colour & fragrance, but it still works as well.

Noticed that with my Solar Oil. I thought it was just because it was half empty, but I realise that it has faded a bit. Still works though :wink2:

About 3 years ago I had some really gorgeous curtains made for the hall window - dressy ones that don't close but 'pool' on the floor and look cool!

Anyway, I also had a sheer made for behind but had it open all summer. I just noticed the other day that all down the side of the right hand curtain had faded - they are silk and deep red, were not cheap, so I was gutted but assumed it was because I had left the sheers open throughout the summer.

I think if you leave anything in the sun... it will bleach it. The Scrubfresh should be fine!! Sorry about the curtain diversion but it's true and was just trying to make a boring point more interesting!!

So, what is the blue in scrubfresh then? Is it just colour additive??

thanks 4 your replies everyone, i've got a client in later so i'll test it and see if it still works ok!
