My wax won't harden!! EMBARRASSING!

HEY !

im a moblile beautician, and after a long break got back into it and having doing two waxes, slightly nervous (thank god it was on family )
when i pulled the strip the wax wouldnt harden and just peeled off like gum!!
obviously not removing anything!!!

what am i doing wrong !! help help help! :irked::irked::irked:

Are we talking about strip or non strip wax?

I'm guessing non strip by the chewing gum reference & your desire for it to go hard.

What brand of wax was it?
Did you leave it long enough to set up before trying to remove?

If it was strip wax, I can only guess that your clients skin was cold or that you'd put too much wax on. It should be so thin that it's transparent. xx
