Nail art brushes - fan brush

I've been looking at various nail art items and brushes etc.
I'm wondering what is the fan shaped brush used for and how do you use it?

Hi. I use the fan brush for picking up glitters and sprinkling them onto the nail. Also useful for brushing excess glitter off if you dip your finger into the glitter. If that makes sense! xx

i use mine quite a bit
its grate for creating a dapples textured look , I like using it with one stroke painting.

for ultra fine strip / shades

to fade glitters .
