nail art problems

hi everyone, im sherlea new member and this is my first post!
can anyone give me advice on some nail art questions?
which nail art techniques would i use and not use for hang nail and split and brittle nails, any help would be appreciated, sherlea........:irked:

hmmm..............................i'll try and reply. Not alot of information in your post though.
Are they for natural nails? No enhancements? if so then you want to apply a base coat, dry, then your art then a topcoat.
I dont know of any exceptios to brittle or hang nails though. The only thing, perhaps stay away from the drill. Trim the hang nails as much as you can and heavily moisturize with solar oil, making sure you clean it all off the nail before applying your art, same goes for brittle nails.
Give a bit more information and i may be able to help a little more.
