Nail Art Sealer

Hi,

Whenever I'm dabbling with nail art i just use a top coat to finish, should i be using nail art sealer and whats the difference between this and top coat.

Any good top coat will do the job the same hun, it just needs to be a nice thick consistency without been too thick if you know what i mean :hug:
