Hi all
This is CND l&p and brisa.
Wanted to try out the combination of brisa on the nailbed and l&p at he FE.
Might be a little of with the nailbed colour, og and yes added a litle tinge of purple to the white shimmer....
What do you think?

I like it!

Very nice..

My Advise for You: Your should use for acrylic flower dry ball of Acrylic. Your Flower-shape is not enough sharp /I hope You know what I mean :) /.

A little bit less of liquid or You must buy a Speed Liquid (quickly one:hug:)

BR,
Pauline

Thank you, I know what you mean.
I am used to do flowers on a non-shiny surface so eventhough I tried matting it before, it kind of moved around on me! I have a speedy liquid and will try that out!
Hope you don't mind me asking, but is the stiletto the right shape?
Thanks again...

Putting flowers on a shiny surface is a pain in the b*tt! Especially roses since you need to push the pettals sideways and instead of sticking in place they move allong sideways with your brush ;) You need to really matt it up next time. I really like the nails you´ve done, very nice. But i have to say that from my experience you can do flowers with a wet bead or a dry bead, just two different techniques. Depending on the type of flower i use a wetter or drier bead. but everyone has their own ways of working ;)

Subtle and pretty.

Ris : thank you very much I try to perfect the shape so glad I got it right.:green:

Mieke : you are so right about the smooth surface! Next time I will be sure to matte really well!

Geeg: Thank you I try to keep my nailart wearable, as this still shows off my work and don't scare customers (I hope)

 to all of you for taking the time to critique my work.

So pretty:hug:
Have you tried to put a layer of topcoat and then do the flowers on top of that? It keeps the l&p from sliding away:wink2:

Thanks for the tip. I have thought about it, but once i tried, the monomer made the topcoat go a bit yellow, and this affected the petals as well. I will try again with different topcoats (supershiney being my first try)

Thanks Pauline:hug:
