Hiya,

I’ve did NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and qualified beauty therapy, which include of waxing, manicure, pedicure, eye treatment (eyelash & brow tint, eyelash perming, shaping) and make-up.

I want to add extra to manicure such as simple nail art then will it be necessary or a must to take a nail art course (for insurance purposes, etc) or we can do it by more self practicing. As I’m already doing manicure.

Also can you advise any nail art pen for a starter to practice for the time being. It’s for practicing so a basic set will do.

Please advise, any comment will be appreciated. Thanks!

you don't need a formal qualification to do nail art just make it up as you go along i would sugest the cina nail art brushes set to start i have sold 100's of these kits in the past and they are a great starter

Thanks for your reply, so I don't need any formal qualification for nail art. I was worrying about whether I need to take any accredited nail course for insurance cover. I will practice more in order to achieve good result or I might take a day course later.

Thanks again!
