nail bed thin

i buffed my nail too thin when removing gel polish and reapplied a coat now it’s sore and in pain how do i relieve it?

I had a similar thing happen to me when I was training. I didn't have anything on my nails until they were less sensitive, but I oiled the hell out of them during that time x
