Hi, Does anyone know of any NVQ nail courses or something that will be on the same level to get insurance in the Worcester area? Fast track course woud be great, Ive got 20 months experiance but I need to qulify asap. Having a few issues with the other place and Im not sure I will be finished in time for a job offer.

Any help would be great.

Ive tried the collage but there full till nxt year.

Thanks

Is it just nails you do? Is it to get a job in a salon? Most salons don't necessarily want an NVQ if you are just doing nails. They will expect a certificate from a reputable training schools though.
As a salon owner, if i were taking on a nail tech then i would want to see an example of work and a certificate from an accredited course.
Is this what you mean-that you want to do an accredited course for nail extensions?

Well Ive been training in Manicure/pedicure/silk/acrylic/gel & nail art so im looking for a course that covers all that not nessaserily the nail art as I can do that seperate. I just wanna get out there eith mobile or in a shop?

Just looked on the HHBTA site they seem quite reasonable its not a nvq but all I want is a certificate that allows me to get insurance so I can work on paying clients.

Im so frustrated with the current nail assessor at the min.

EZFlow use my salon as a training centre. I'm not sure if they do silk or not! They are a very reputable company though and well known in the industry. I don't know if that is any use to you but it's in Worcestershire so it's local.
If you contact them then i'm sure they can tell you what courses would be suitable for you and if there's any coming up in your area :)

Thanks for that i will contact them and ask.

Rebecca Orme (Nails & Co) is the EzFlow contact for the West Midlands, Nails & Co - Welcome - like Angelina said, she's Worcestershire based (near Bewdley, I think) and she'll definitely be able to advise you on courses, products, etc... hope that helps
