Nail extractor fans

Can anyone tell me if it is a legal requirement to have a nail fan in a Salon, I realize that it is in my best interest but at the moment I cant do this and just want to know if I can still do Acrylic Nails.
When I can offord one, which is best the ones in the nail bar, the portible ones or the extractor in the wall.

You do need one, for you as much as your clients. I have the NSI Fuminator & it does work well!!
