Would you say shellac can help your nails grow . Nail bitters are less likely to bite there nails if they are painted well and look nice . Nail extensions help nails grow as you are unable to bite them so can shellac help that too . Any advice ?

It can as long as they don't bite them but like you've said they are less likely to do so if they r painted! We've helped a lot of clients stop their habit through shellac x

Thats great thank you vert much x

Can't type on my new phone lol . Ignore previous spelling mistake x

Lol me too hun x

Yes it does, I'm a nail biter and wear both shellac and gelish, they are stronger than before and cause I can't see the free edge I don't want to nibble!!

It works x3 ways for me.

1. Nails look neat and covered which means I don't want to bite them

2. Nails are strong and shiny meaning if they 'accidentally' find their way to my mouth they immediately feel strange and this jolts me into realising what I am doing

3. Seeing the growth at the cuticle is a fantastic motivator and greatly increases my will power.
